Our Sustainability Story

Organic should mean something you can check. Our sheets, duvet covers and bath linens are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, woven in certified mills in Portugal and processed to GOTS standards that restrict harmful chemicals. Here is what that means, and how we keep it honest.

What makes us different

Organic, certified

GOTS certified by Intertek 231850

GOTS covers the whole journey, from how the cotton is grown to how it is spun, woven, dyed and finished, with strict chemical limits and independent checks at every step.

Why GOTS matters

Tested safe for your skin

OEKO-TEX Standard 100, 2735CIT, CITEVE

OEKO-TEX tests finished textiles for harmful substances, so what touches your skin every night has been checked first.

Made in Portugal

Our cotton is spun and woven in GOTS-certified factories in Portugal, then cut and sewn there too. Sateen for our sheets, deep terry loops for our towels.

Responsible packaging

A box worth keeping

Our boxes are FSC certified cardboard printed with soy based ink. Every order is tied with our ribbon and a seeded tag you can plant.

Seed paper, made to grow

The card tucked into your order is made from seed paper. When you are done with it, plant it instead of throwing it away.

Made to last

Buy less, keep it longer

Real luxury should last. Cared for well, organic cotton sateen gets softer with every wash, so your sheets stay on your bed for years.
