Our Return Philosophy
At Rest & Reset, we craft every piece with care — and we want you to feel the same comfort and peace of mind when you shop with us.
If something isn’t right, our return process is designed to be as easy and thoughtful as the products we create.
1. Return Window
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
We understand you may open your package to feel the fabric — that’s okay! Returns are accepted even if the packaging is opened, as long as the item remains unused.
2. How It Works
Our Online Return Portal makes it simple:
- Enter your order number and email.
- Select the reason for your return or exchange.
- Choose your preferred option:
- Print a return label, or
- Get a QR code for drop-off (UPS/FedEx).
4. Pick your refund method: store credit (instant) or original payment (after processing).
U.S. Returns: Free prepaid shipping label provided.
International Returns: Customer covers return shipping.
You’ll receive email updates at every step — from return started → package received → refund processed.
3. Exchanges
- You can easily swap sizes or colors directly through our portal.
- Prefer assistance? Our team is happy to help you find the perfect replacement.
- With our Instant Exchange Option, your new item ships right away while your return is in transit (a temporary card hold applies).
4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- You can choose a refund to your original payment method or as store credit for your next Rest & Reset moment.
5. Our Promise to You
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost. (Just send us a quick photo so we can help right away.)
- First-order satisfaction guarantee: If you’re not happy with your first purchase, we’ll offer a full refund or store credit — no questions asked.
6. Exclusions
To maintain quality standards and ensure hygiene, we’re unable to accept returns for:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Monogrammed or personalized pieces
- Opened bedding (unless defective)
